Amber Ink Project #5

My brother got a promotion last month and I've been meaning to make him a card to congratulate him for awhile. Last night, I finally got around to it, and I think he'll like the final result :)

I had never seen a "paper, rock, scissors" stamp before, but when I saw that Amber Ink had them in digi stamps, I knew I wanted it! I spent many fun hours playing this as a kid. First I printed out the 3 images, colored them with Copics, cut them out, then wanted the rock to stand out so he'd get the congratulatory message "You Rock." The arrows helped with that, too ;)

That nice plaid paper? Again from Amber Ink...printed right off my computer. Cool, huh?

When I was done I felt like it needed just another little something, so I added the black rhinestone strip and stapled on the small piece of gingham ribbon to give it those final touches.

The cardstock is from PTI, the arrows are from a SU punch, the mat under the rock is a Nestabilities die, the black rhinestones are SU, and so is the gingham ribbon. The sentiment is from PTI's Grunge Me.
