12 Kits of Occasions: September 2017

Did I love this kit? YES! I LOVE fall. I love the colors, I love the weather, I love these adorable images. And there were more, too! I'm hoarding them because they are all just too cute. This scarecrow is over the top...I may just have to get him! Marybeth did such a great job with this kit, and I can't wait to see what the other ladies created with their kits. 12 Kits of Occasions November 2016

Oh my gosh, I LOVED this kit! I so wish I would have purchased this exclusive set before it sold out! They brought back the mouse one, though, so fingers crossed for this in the future :) Anyway, I was able to make 5 cards with this adorable kit that Kim sent, and not a minute too soon, I need them to send out! I've also been busy working on my own kits which are for next month. I got them finished over the weekend and mailed out on Monday, hooray! 12 Kits of Occasions May 2016

I have been wanting this MFT Hawaiian set for awhile, and low and behold, it was in this month's kit! I was very excited to get to play around with it, love the sayings, the pineapple...the iguana! Oh so cute :) I also loved all the fun colors this month, thanks for the awesome kit, Sharron! 12 Kits of Occasion: March 2016

Hi everyone, and welcome back to another installment of the 12 Kits of Occasions! This month we had newcomer, Michelle, sent out the kits, and what a fabulous kit she sent out! I hadn't worked with anything that she sent, so it was so fun to try out new and adorable bunnies and paper. I particularly love the carrot paper and those veggies...the colors that she stamped them in were so vibrant, luckily I have a few left so I can case what some of my fellow 12 kittens make!

The 12 Kits of Occasions February 2016

Hi everyone! Welcome back for another month of the 12 Kits of Occasions. This month was newcomer Nancy, who blew us away! Not only was it supplies, it was a BOX of supplies including watercolor paint, pencils, and tons of beautiful and intricate dies, and new stamps that I've never laid my hands on. I definitely had to ask questions, because I'm not used to these supplies, but it was so fun! On the first card I used the masking fluid she sent to paint over the flowers so that when I watercolored they would stay white, wow, it was neat! You just rub it away at the end! As always, I could have made a ton more cards, but I'm happy with what I created for now (after I see everyone else's cards I'm going to want to bust this kit out again :) Make sure to stop by the 12 Kits blog afterward to see what all my talented friends created as well!

12 Kits of Occasions December 2015

Oh My GOSH! This kit was SOOO amazing! I also had it completed almost before the month began, and thank goodness, because I was short on Christmas cards...but Lindsey to the rescue! I created TEN with her fabulous kit. I also found some new stamps to love and had to purchase the Ellen Hutson house stamps and dies because they were just so darn cute. It's really hard for me to pick my favorite card this time because I just love the colors and images. I chose the "peace" card for the blog because it is so serene and reminds me of camping. I actually gave it to Phillip as his card because of it. I really loved this kit oh so much!

The 12 Kits of Occasions November 2014

Hi everyone and welcome back for our monthly installment of the 12 Kits of Occasions! Kim sent us this amazing Christmas kit with all different styles wrapped up in one little package (and that package was all dressed up for the holidays, too, with adorable chevron bags and a sweet santa tag :) Guess what...I already sent these cards out to the lucky recipients! I have a few more Christmas cards that I need to whip together to send out but I must say that the 12 kits group saved the day yet again this year because I was prepared with so many beautiful and unique cards to send out. I already sent to 35 people on my list and plan to send to the rest this week. What a nice feeling to be able to check that Christmas item off my list before its even December! So without further ado, I made 5 cards this month, check them out:

The 12 Kits of Occasions July 2014

Its Christmas in July! I really need to build my Christmas stash...I think that this time last year I already had over 30 or more Christmas cards.. this year I need to get with the program! Thank goodness Tracey sent us an adorable kit to work with this month :) I just love the snowman on the second card, and that cool star confetti paper on the third. I actually had to hoard some of the paper to save for my Christmas Project Life pages because it was SOOO cute! And those gold sequins? Die cuts!! Thanks for such an awesome kit Tracey! :)

This month's kit was put together by Kelly, Gingham Girl!  The Easter and spring colors, images, and sentiments were so fun to work with. Kelly must have been die cutting for a year for our kits, though, because wow, there were a LOT of die cuts in there, and some of them were itsy bitsy!
