PTI Make It Monday #3

I used the music background stamp very lightly in VersaMark:

The Inside:

I'm so happy with how this card turned out! This is for my newest co-worker whose birthday was today (whoops...one day late!). I know she likes crafty things because one of her friends made her this really cute cupcake sign to hang in her office that says "Happy Birthday Month" (she celebrates the whole month long). These colors are from Dawn McVey's Color Coutoure again...thanks so much for making that, Dawn, you have the best color combos that make cards pop! The challenge today was to make a glitter strip (or strips) on your card using Score-Tape. Well, I don't have any score tape, but I used that really sticky red tape that looks like bologna when you peel it off (you know the one I'm talking about ;) and it worked great! I love how it makes the card look so sophisticated, but after using the glitter, I remember why I rarely use it...I have glitter everywhere now! All supplies on this card are from PTI except for the orange rhinestones (Michaels) the metal flower brad (SU), glitter (SU), and ribbon (Michaels dollar bin). I didn't even mean to tie the ribbon like that, but I love how the ends turned out on one side.
