Three challenges in one card?! I haven't done that before, but one was combined on the CAS-ual Fridays website, so it was already combined for me ;) Here's what CAS-ual Fridays had this week:
Then I used these colors from the Paper Players:
And created this thank you card for my cousin:
A close up of the Copics...still need practice, but getting there:
And why did I make her a thank-you note? Because she sent me a sweet birthday gift. She sent some wonderfully smelling body spray and body butter from Victoria's Secret, and then these adorable little yellow lady bug earrings :) They make me smile. Once, though, my aunt (from the other side of the family) told me that if a lady bug lands on you, its a sign of fertility...don't tell Phillip LOL
So I used PTI's Year of Flowers Sweet Pea and sentiment, all the papers and ribbon are SU. The little clothespin is from my local stamp store, and the pearls are from Memory Box. I also used Copics to color the flowers. It was SO hard for me to leave all the "blank" space, but I was trying so hard to follow the sketch, and I do think that what I made is pretty sophisticated looking :) If you'd like to play along with the CFC and FTL challenge, click here.
