The patterned paper, sentiment, and grape stamp are all from PTI. The cardstock is PTI and SU. Ribbon is SU, and fence punch is Martha Stewart. The purple rhinestones are from the dollar bin at A.C. Moore, and the label punch is SU.
Such a fun colorful card! That pattern paper is soo cute and it may just have to be added to my wish list!
