12 Kits of Holidays June 2013

This month, our kit was amazing! I made card after card and they pretty much just fell together. Thank you Jeanne, for such an awesome Christmas kit to work with :) I'm really building up my stash this month! So check out what I was able to make with the great supplies she sent (and not only that, they were wrapped up in a little box when they arrived!).

 



 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Its hard for me to choose, but I think my favorite this time turns out to be the one with the cute snowman paper...it is so sweet!

 

Now its time to see what all my talented friends made with this kit, I'm looking forward to it :)

May seemed like a long month to me, but its finally here, time for the 12 Kits of Holidays post! This month was a thank you/get well themed kit and my oh my did Marybeth send us SO many supplies! Paper Smooches Sparks Cool Shades May 2013

 

Another nautical theme, isn't it fun that PS now has all this cool nautical themed stuff? Today I used the awesome sailboat die, "Chit Chat," and "Summer Grooves" to create this card. Its hard to tell from the pic, but the ribbon is navy blue striped, and those are little wooden stars on the washi tape. I have a feeling that I will be using this sailboat die a lot..its so versatile! You can easily change the flag and sails. Here are the colors we were given this week to play with:

Paper Smooches Sparks Trend Watch May 2013

 

This week's Trend Watch challenge is Nautical. I had this fun paper that I won awhile back and when I took it out and decided to go with the fish paper, I knew right away that I had to use some of the new PS dies I recently received. The little fish is from the sailboat die. The waves are from the borders die. The sentiment is from the "Surf and Turf" set. The pearls are from Q&Co and the cardstock is from PTI. The patterned paper is from Pink Paislee.

12 Kits of Holidays April 2013

 

Hi everyone! Its the end of the month, so you know what that means...its time for the 12 Kits of Holidays! This month was Christmas again and Sharron sent the kit :) She sent such a wide variety of supplies and I loved working with them. So I'm about 12 hours late on this one...I'm going to blame it on pregnancy brain...I thought I had until tomorrow morning! But I am here now and here are the cards I was able to create this month:

Paper Smooches Sparks Anything Goes April 2013

 

Hello everyone! So you've just got to play along this week at the Sparks blog, anything goes!! So I pulled out my new shopping cart die, "Woffers & Tweeters," "Hang Ups," "Nine Lives," and "Slang Gang" to make this fun card. And it was definitely fun to make :) And let me just say that the sentiment is perfect....picture someone with a Boston accent saying it ;) You have a whole week to play along and a chance to with a PS gift certificate. Paper Smooches...my favorite! Time for my monthly Cool shades post. This time I used "Woofers and Tweeters" (the owl) "Pip Squeaks," and "Pretty Phrases." I also used Duo Die 2. The patterned paper is from PTI, and so is the cardstock. The twine is from the Twinery. Check out the colors we were given to play with this week:
