Yay, Christmas is in the air....for real! I've got Christmas decorations up, and a box of about 50 Christmas cards that I made throughout the year with this seriously awesome group that I'm a part of :) This month's kit was from Jeanne. She sent us SOOOO much stuff! I seriously barely scratched the surface of with the 5 cards I made! Check out the goodies galore she sent us:
The first card is my favorite of the bunch. I love the bold colors, and those deer silhouettes really pop against the blue winter background.

Gorgeous. I love the beautiful variety of die cuts she provided and all the awesome patterned paper!
ReplyDeleteJessica you made so many pretty cards! I love your mix of patterns and images - the reindeer against the blue woods with the blue bow, the gold ornament set at the perfect angle, the sleighs (how fun)! I didn't use those - now I know what to do with them!! Your cards are all so fun and festive they just make me so happy!
ReplyDeleteYour cards are wonderful Jessica, love the use of patterns and designs into gorgeous cards! thank you for sharing them with all of us!
ReplyDeleteJessica, these cards are fantastic, and that kit really is special.
ReplyDeleteI have to say that your second card is one of the best uses of a patterned paper I've ever seen. I have some of those papers from Basic Grey's "Jovial", and will be looking at them in new ways since seeing them in your capable hands.
Thank you for the lovely times you've given us to craft in you facility. If I don't see you before the holidays, have a wonderful time full of great memories.

Oh , Jessica you did an amazing job with the kit Jeanne sent. I love your CAS elegant cards. A lot of us seemed to pair the deer with the peaceful hills, I love how you put yours with the green holly paper. The way you simply placed the ornament on the beautiful paper is gorgeous. LOVE the way you used the sleigh die. I am so glad that I saved mine I knew I would see a great idea. Your flower card is just stunning ! The Santa and the plaid are a perfect match. You nailed this kit again….. Take care.
ReplyDeleteSo many great ideas here Jessica! Love the deer and snowy tree card so much! The card with the sparkly gold ornament and perfectly positioned poinsettia paper is gorgeous. The sleigh card with the red bow is really cute and that is the best Santa card, love him with the plaid paper. Great job this month!
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful cards. You made such great use of all the patterned papers, just like I knew you would. I agree that the card with the deer is my favorite of yours. Such a great idea to put them in front of those frosted trees. And, Santa on the doily is such a great idea--makes me think that he ate all the cookies off the plate, and only the doily is left.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards!! I am so ready for Christmas too!! Love how you used those two crinkly red flowers!! So pretty!!
ReplyDeleteFabulous cards, Jessica!!
ReplyDeleteI personally am liking Santa...
but it could be because I think that is possibly the best Santa I've ever seen...
he just looks so happy and I wanna pinch his cheeks! :)
Or it could possibly be because you used the tartan!!! *giggle*
Oh, I agree--the deer against the snowy trees are stunning! You did such an amazing job using the patterned papers. Love your card with the sleighs and the one with the pretty red flowers. So many of us used Santa with plaid. I adore how you added the doily and laughed when I read Joyce's comment about the cookies!!
ReplyDeleteGreat cards! The deer silhouette is beautiful on the background you used. Love the deer trio die and the ornament die! So many beautiful elements in the kit!

Amazing cards! Your use of Santa's sleigh is just so fun, curving it over the lower portion of your card, so creative. I love those deer and think I have to have them, such a stunning back drop you made for them. Each and every one of your cards are so beautiful and I love your clever use of the patterned paper on each one, perfect!
ReplyDeleteJessica all totally amazing cards! I adore the sleigh die cut and the cream doily. I can't believe that everyone's cards are so different, what an amazing kit!
ReplyDeletelove all those elegant sentiments. Now I can really wish you a Merry Christmas! What a great year it's been!
ReplyDeleteOoo love that sleigh card with the big red BOW! The deer trio will be mine soon after seeing the fabulous things that everyone did with it. Love them with the blue tree scene and the lush green paper in the background! Amazing cards, one and all...so glad to get to know you better, Jessica :)
ReplyDeleteHi Jessica! First I must say that I LOVE that paper you used as your photo background. Perfect choice! You always do such wondferful things with these kits. My favorite this month is how you showcased that classic Santa image in the doily! Brilliant! Have a wonderful Holiday!!!
ReplyDeleteThese are so pretty!!! I love the deer with the blue and white trees!
ReplyDeleteI love how you cut out the sentiment on the second one - I love that card! And the deer in front of those trees are so beautiful! I also think the flower card is perfect! GREAT job with the kit!
ReplyDeleteJessica, what a fantastic set of cards this month! The deer silhouettes really do look stunning with the wintry blue backdrop, and look at that fabulous fussy cutting you did with the sentiment on your second card! These are all truly lovely, but I think my favorite might be the 4th one with the red silk flowers. So glad I still have those--now I know what I'll do with them!
